Put-in-Bay Condos are open from the first weekend in April to the last weekend in October. Reservations are recommended far in advance to guarantee room type. Reservations are accepted for the following year at check out.

    Put-in-Bay Condo Rentals

    Each of the spacious Put-in-Bay Condo Rentals sleeps 8 people. The Condo Rentals feature two bedrooms each with two queen size beds,  A kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher allow for light meal prep during your visit.  Central air-conditioning,  2 private baths with bathtubs, Living Room with a 55″ flat screen TV with Direct TV satellite television, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board are all included in your spacious 8 person condo rental.

    The Put-in-Bay Condo Rentals 8 person feature a deck for your enjoyment, a large lushly landscaped courtyard with ample comfortable outdoor seating, and large BBQ grills for family and group cookouts.

    All of the Put-in-Bay Hotels, Resorts, Rental Homes, Villas, and Condos are just a short walk or golf cart ride into town where you will enjoy the many Put-in-Bay Attractions, Dining, and Put-in-Bay bars & Vibrant nightlife. From the Jet Express Ferry Boat, the downtown Put-in-Bay Hotels and Resorts and Villas are just a short walk and the Put-in-Bay rental homes and condos are a 5 min taxi or golf cart ride.

Put-in-Bay Condos are located just a 5-minute golf cart ride from town with a large pool-

Put-in-Bay Condos are located near the Put-in-Bay Airport and feature 2 bedrooms each with 2 queen size beds and 2 full bathrooms, a large living room with a 55 inch TV with DirecTV programming, dining area and a kitchen suitable for preparing light meals. Guest will enjoy the large pool with plentiful lounge chairs for relaxing.

Guest have the option of enjoying the quiet relaxing pool on site or enjoys VIP access to the Put-in-Bay Resorts famous Blue Marlin Bar & Grill located just a 5-minute golf cart ride away. A fitness center along with tanning for a fee is also available.

Cancellation / Prepayment

Villa/Condo Reservations:

There is a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received by email. Please reply to your confirmation email to cancel. Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 89-45 days prior to arrival date will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 44 days or less will result in a forfeit of deposit. Once within the 44 days prior to arrival date, no changes can be made to the length of stay, date, or room type. No exceptions will be made. When reservations are made the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be given if canceled or a no-show. This cancellation policy goes into effect as soon as the reservation is made. All weekend reservations, those that include a Friday and/or Saturday stay, will require a $500 security deposit upon arrival. All other reservations will require a $250 security deposit upon arrival.

Children and extra beds

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. There is capacity for cribs in the room however for liability reasons we do not provide them. You are welcome to bring a pack and play or similar.

Activities

Activities located on the Put-in-Bay Condos include swimming, golf cart rentals, bicycle rentals, corn hole, and a fitness center at the Put-in-Bay Resort.

Put-in-Bay offers a very wide variety of activities located throughout the island that are both water and land-based. For those who like to Golf, we have a 9 hole par 3 and 4 course as well as a family fun favorite a putt-putt course located at the Pery's Cave family fun Center.

Jet Ski's Parasailing, Kayaking, and harbor tours are just some of the many waterbased activities and Put-in-Bay's surrounding waters are famous for their fishing with limit catches of Yellow Perch and Walleye the norm.

If you are more of a land lubber Put-in-Bay offers museums, a butterfly house, the winery's to tour, and caves to explore including the worlds largest know geode.
